The ice maker arrived damaged. It looked great, but it would not make ice. Customer Service from Vevor was not helpful, but Amazon Customer service was OUTSTANDING! They immediately issued a full refund. I took the rear cover off and discovered the reason the ice maker would not make ice was a broken copper tube between the compressor and the collector. Had the Vevor customer service been more responsive, I’d have replaced it with another of their units; but under the circumstances, I purchase a different brand. The unit appears to be high quality but I was, of course, never able to evaluate its effectiveness in making ice.
