This ice maker worked exactly as it was advertised. I've only had this a couple of months, but have made over 300 pounds of ice so far with out any problems. I would sure purchase this again.

Nice ice machine holds up to a good party makes plenty of ice, want to start up about 2hr ahead but great machine

Stopped working in 3 days will not turn on. let see how vevor responds to repair or replace this unit. The first unit we bought works great and is 2 years old.

If u want a lot of ice quickly then you will love this machine. Only fault I have with it is that it only makes one shape of ice

We bought this commercial ice maker because we were tired of running back and forth to the store to buy ice in the summer. The supply line option of a water bottle or piped in from a water source is great for our needs. This unit makes ice fast and absolutely fits the need. We have it in the garage so we can run the drain line outside. If there is one option I would prefer, that would be the ability to turn off the internal blue light. While it does provide adequate light to see what you are doing, it also attracts flying bugs. If you could turn off the light......no bug problem. If this feature was available, this would be an easy 5 star. This unit paid for itself in one season by not having to run to the store and pay for bag after bag of ice.

what can I say this is a perfect fit for my household/ business love the water bottle feature as it is extremely convent for us as we do not own our house and we can move it any time we like it is not very heavy and holds a good amount of Ice price point is great as it comes well packaged and did not have any problems with it if I ever need another I will buy this one again

The ice maker arrived damaged. It looked great, but it would not make ice. Customer Service from Vevor was not helpful, but Amazon Customer service was OUTSTANDING! They immediately issued a full refund. I took the rear cover off and discovered the reason the ice maker would not make ice was a broken copper tube between the compressor and the collector. Had the Vevor customer service been more responsive, I’d have replaced it with another of their units; but under the circumstances, I purchase a different brand. The unit appears to be high quality but I was, of course, never able to evaluate its effectiveness in making ice.

Love this machine. Easy setup! perfect ice everytime. Very reliable. Operates quietly. It won’t continue making ice after the bin is full, so no overflows.

Very easy to use, compact and convenient, provides just the perfect amount, not wasteful at all. Highly recommended.
