We have a small restaurant and use the girl for buttered toast, grilled ham, grilled chicken, and various sandwiches. It came out of the box ready to go. It’s been preforming as well as our bigger gas grills! We love it.

I purchased this item for my wife in our kitchen. Regretfully, I did not understand what I was ordering. This is a commercial griddle that would need direct wiring and a dedicated circuit. Of course, counter space is required and I do not know if it would need a heat shield. Needless to say, we cannot use it at this time or ever unless we remodel the kitchen.

Heats fast...very easy to clean ..great non stick.....we have had it 1 month..used almost everyday.... great little griddle....sort of wish I had gotten the bigger one.

Love it just need to really learn how to use it I saw it and wanted it because I use to cook on one years ago at a job I had but things are coming along

I ordered this and a convection cooktop on a Saturday night and they were both here by Friday, six days! This is a solid unit with a quarter inch plate to conduct the heat. I am impressed by the design and construction. The only thing that could make this better is a stainless steel top to cover it. I am very impressed thus far with Vevor and I'm looking forward to purchasing more gear from them.
