I m very pleased so far with my griddle but i m not sure i have the good plug and not sure it s 100%safe! Is this a special plug that need to be used ? So far i connected it to a regular plus that is connected to an extension cord. And that cord get extremely hot鈥?

We enjoyed using our new grill. It was definitely constructed better than I had expected. We only had to intstall a plug end and we were cooking.

All of the benefits of a restaurant griddle in your own kitchen! This griddle is magic- we make pancakes, taco meat, quesadillas, corn tortillas, etc鈥?and have loved every minute of it. The price is so reasonable!! If you are considering a griddle, buy this one!

This grill is a counter to version of a large commercial grill. At 3000 watts it requires a 30 amp outlet, which is rare. if you plug this into a standard 20 amp outlet it will trip the breaker straight away. Having said all that, this is a really nice grill. the heat is pretty well distributed, It is easy to clean. I keep it coated with mineral oil when not in use. The price can't be beat. This company manufactures very high quality equipment.

I'm very happy with my grill it was more than I thought it would be.very heavy and has nice even heat though out the top and a great price

Never received the power cord and no sure where to get the part I expect it works great but have no power supply anything helps and I'll update my rating

3000w 30" Commercial Electric Countertop Griddle Flat Top Grill Hot Plate Bbq

This is for the 22" model. First of all, it is not 3000w. It has one heating element and is 1600w, It comes corded and plugs into a 110v 20amp outlet. The only assembly is to screw in the four feet. These can also serve as levelers. The only dial is for temp. control and is in Celsius. Performance has been exceptional. Way better than griddle top stove. Yes the middle gets a litter hotter than the edges as expected. I cleaned the preservative off with alcohol. Seasoned with grapeseed oil. I am thrilled with this cooktop. You just need the space for it.

Grill works great. We have cooked everything from tbone steaks pancakes and eggs, veggies. Great grill, works for great price.

Performance is great for the money. Very good value. Only negative is that most of the metal edges need to be finished more. They are very sharp razore thin edges. Used it about 7 times, and cut myself 3 times. Other than that, it works as advertised.
