This item was a Christmas surprise for my son who has a passion for cooking, he was "blown away" when he unboxed it. Item came carefully packaged, and was delivered on time as promised. He cleaned it down, and cooked on it right away. I was surprised at the quality and how sturdy it is. It heats up very well, and cooks to perfection. We just need to purchase a cleaning solution for the surface. He is looking at purchasing a food truck, and I will be getting him a larger one. You cannot go wrong with this purchase, regardless of what you'll be purchasing it for.

Great little grill. At first, use had it too hot because the dial is set for Celcius instead of Fahrenheit. After some trial and error, I found the "sweet" spot to set the temperature dial to.

Did the job for a fraction of the cost of other units. Would buy again if needed. Not heavy duty but was sufficient in cooking what I needed to cook. It was used mostly for Grilled Sandwiches and such.

This piece of equipment started out just fine but now it peels. I do a lot of french toast at my restaurant but get tired of having to remove little black flakes from my toast is a hassle. I keep it oiled but it still peels.

I bought this back in 2020. I love it! I use it for everything. It has never given me any issues. I seasoned it properly the first time and it is still non-stick 2 years later. You can do about 8 burgers or 6 large pancakes with no problem.

I really like this flat top griddle but; I didn't realize how much power it needed. 3200w equates to 29 amps. I originally put a 20 amp plug (griddle does not come with plug end) and plugged it in to a normal 20 amp wall plug and it kept tripping the breaker. I then figured out that it needed a 30 amp 110v circuit. After installing the correct powered circuit it works great.

Cooks fast for the wattage. Very satisfied, so I bought a 2nd one and now I have 4 inches of griddle!

I love everything about this grill. It makes best breakfast and best grilled sandwiches.

I bought this for my small business it is smaller than what was advertised, but this lil thing is awesome! No I am not one of those paid reviewers, they always lie. This product really is great to use for small projects
