I ordered this product and received promptly. I used the device one time and the blade broke. I contacted the seller and they immediately indicated that they would send me a new product. They were very prompt in their response which I appreciated.

Not happy with this product.. I used it three times and the screws came right off, I tried to screw them back in and no luck because the screws are too short. I tried to return it for another replacement and no luck either.Do not buy this item..

I am a personal chef or an amateur chef. I needed something for vegetables and french fries. This is somewhat of an overkill but I must tell you the build quality is professional. It's easy to clean and there's no much that can go wrong with this particular mechanical procedure. If you do use it on russet potatoes, you've basically have to hammer it down now. I use this three times the four times a week

This dicer is made of a heavy metal. It has secure footing and the drop block glides up and down easily. This will work great for small vegetables. I used it with russet potatoes and it was a bit more of a task. It certainly was much better than doing them by hand but required a bit of forceful energy on the drop block.I do recommend this but would encourage the individual who plans on heavy use to purchase the large grid head.

This fry cutter is so simple to use! A light touch on the handle pushes it through the potato, creating even cuts.
