This slicer meets all the specifications as stated in the ad description. It works great, I never thought I would find myself using it so often. I didn't give it a five rating because I wish the slide tray could be about 2" longer, and after a couple of uses it began to have a rattling noise. I removed the bottom panel and found a loose motor support. I tightened it. No big deal. Runs fine and I would buy again.

I ordered 42lb Of bologna that 7 rolls from Petit jean meats in Arkansas the best bologna in the us I cut it thin I cut thick this meat slicer cut none stop cut it like butter and was easy to clean Up Used it 3 more times with same result

Great slicer, no shortage of power, easy to clean

We purchased this meat slicer for my meat smoking projects. Jerky and pastrami are a couple of my favorites. This slicer works great and is easy to use. Cleanup is more involved than our old slicer but the benefits are much higher and worth it.

Great product but needs better information on disassemble and assembly

I had spent 30 years in the restaurant business and this slicer was every bit as good as any I have used in the past that cost much more. I do wish the tray slid back a little further though. I make my own bacon and the pork belly is about 10 inches wide. The slicer only accommodates about 9 wide meats. I have to trim the belly to be able to slice it.

Wanted the 10 inch but it was alaways out of stock. So bought the 12 inch slicer. This was the right decision. It is the perfect slicer. The extra blade width makes it easy to slice. Made jerky with it. Cut frozen meat like butter. Sliced fresh meats as well. You can cut it very thin. If you have the room would recommend the 12 just becuase you can get more done faster. Am putting mine on a cart so i can keep it off the counter.

The slicer is very good for the price. However, the instructions were quite evidently written by someone who has English as a second language. Very disappointing.
