The size is just great, larger than the burn barrel I bought several years ago which rusted away. My only slight complaint is that the sides come together with grooved slats which do not bend in to hold them more securely in place when the barrel is lifted. But it's attractive and seems to be very solid.

This fire box is quite heavy. I would suggest you assemble it at the location it will be used. We use it to burn leaves and sticks from yard clean up and also junk mail. Because it has a lid on it, I'm comfortable to walk away while there's a fire in it.

Beautiful design, very sturdy burn bin with easy assembly. We burned branches and leaves for about 5 hours the first time we used it and it worked great. It did not warp, even though it was a very hot fire for 5 hours. It has good ventilation to keep the fire going. Looking forward to using it again this weekend.

I put this together by myself to burn confidential paperwork after years of shredding and recycling what I could. I watched it for hours the first time and saw no burning particles flying out. I've used it 8 times since and became more confident, checking in from time to time. Never on a windy day. Burns completely to ash.

We bought this for our weekend camping trips. Love the collapsible feature that’s easy to assemble. Purchased an art bag for storage which is perfect. We always get compliments from everyone in the RV parks when we are sitting by the campfires.
