It smells like Harbor Freight.
This cart is exactly as described in the photos and description. I use it for hauling an aluminum canoe a few hundred yards to the lake and back home - and it does that job admirably. It is heavy and sturdy, and easy enough to assemble... if not intuitive. You should expect something similar to the quality you find at Harbor Freight - and, I assume for the exact same reason. It smells like everything that comes from there.

Can be modified as many have asked.
Using this for my 8’ jon boat. Boat with all accessories, trolling motor and battery weighs about 200 pounds and it caries it well. I did modify mine for trailer ball pull, as well as used PTO clips for the frame bolts to make disassembly quicker. I had posted the required parts and where to get them (with photos), but apparently that violates Amazon policy. However I will mention the the adapter you are looking for is a 1 1/4” to 2” receiver adapter. This fits the tubing size nicely and lets you end with a 1 7/8” ball coupler. I am going to need to add some weight to the axel bar as the trailer is lite enough that the tires cause the trailer to float when trying to pull the boat out of the water. Once the boat is on the trailer everything is fine. The modifications do not make this highway safe or for travel on public roads. I am only using this to tow from campsite to the lake less than 1 mile. This is a good little trailer for what it is designed for and is sturdier than I expected it would be. I am looking to move up to a 10’ jon boat and I have no worries this trailer will be able to handle the increase weight. No regrets with this purchase.

In general this is a great little dolly trailer. The downside:1. Tires are not highway approved2. Screws are not stainless steelGood:1. Seems like strong material2. Easy to put together
