I purchased this anchor to help me launch/land my kites at the beach. It works perfectly. It's small enough to transport. The stainless steel prevents it from ever rusting. I love it and use it all the time. I feel safer at the beach
It works as well as it possibly could. Which is grat
I keep my ski on a ramp at the lake but during a day. A couple this with a small buoy to create a little mooring. The shock line works well. And I've applied at least a hundred pounds of up pressure and have not pulled the screw. I bought an extra to keep on board
Boater for 10+ years, this is the best anchor I've used!
We've had our jetskis for many years. We've tried numerous different anchors with varying degrees of frustration. I decided to give this anchor a shot and it was immediately the best anchor we've ever used! It worked fantastic. We now have full confidence in our anchor and we hook up both of our skis to just one anchor.
I think this thing is pretty cool! Definitely for shallow water, but I worked excellent in slightly deeper water as well! I would LOVE one a little bit taller as well!
I bought this as a second anchor for a 25 ft pontoon boat to avoid the swing back and forth in the wind. The sandbar we have is a little deep for the anchor (it was submerged when I drove it into the sand) but it worked like a charm in steady 15+ mph winds.
The Sand Shark was very very easy to use. I have only used it one time so far, however it kept the boat secure for an easy 6 hours. Once screwed in, it was in place and never moved. Assemble was super fast and easy.
