A little time, and sanding plus a nice coat of Bee friendly paint, and hives are ready to go. they were delivered on time and no damage. I wax coated the frames. so they are bee friendly. With a head start for my new hives will Bee ready when the Bees arrive in early May. still cold here in New York.

Fast shipping Good quality fair price. Fit together nice but need you own glue and nails. I was told new ones come with queen excluder but mine didn't. I tried to order another one but they were out of stock so they should come complete now. I would/do recommend it

I am extremely happy with this hive kit. The pieces fit together well, assembly was simple, and the quality of the wood and workmanship in cutting the joints was excellent. The only thing that was not 100% was the foundation for the deep box frames. The foundation was too short and did not fit snuggly into the grooves and would not stay in place.
