For me, the Yoga Swing makes doing yoga on the ground obsolete! I had immediate relief from my back and neck pain after only a couple of stretches. It’s sturdiness and portability make using it in nature a safe and wonderfully peaceful option.

Mounting was hard but that's not the products fault, I just wanted it to be very secure for um "yoga" my girlfriend is super pleased with this product However the grips are kinda bulky and awkward, idk if that's needs for actual yoga.

Great for yoga and excercises I love it

I love this. Use it everyday to hang upside down, do some back bends and shoulder stretches. Especially great on days when I am short on time. I also use the handles for trx workouts. My daughter also loves sitting in it and reading (I just lower the hammock so she can get in and out by herself).
