Been using this product for our restaurant and its very consistent with cooking. The only "negative" feedback I have is that I would love for the cast iron plates to be removable for easier cleaning and wish there was a timer on it. The top of the machine is not very heavy so you will need to hold it down to press your sandwich for a few seconds, no biggie. Overall impressed with the product and would buy again, especially because I didn't have to install a 200+V outlet!
