It does a good job on turning the snake, It is not a pro model but for occasional light, use it does what it is supposed to do.

I'm a general contractor. I'm not a plumber!I need to clear drains from time to time and priced right for my business. I've used it twice in the last few weeks and it works great! The only thing I didn't like about it was is heavy and a bit difficult to carry around.I will be welding on some wheels and a handle to make it easy to move! M.M.

If you are having to buy a medium-sized drain machine, this is the one! It is well built, easy to use (and with instructions that are easy to understand - a first!!!) and is sturdy and powerful for the job. I didn't want a huge machine as we have a small house, but with older sewer lines wanted something in case of something unexpected. It happened - and this machine had the power to run the snake and clear out the drain lines. It is not light, but is well built and no-nonsense. I would recommend this machine if you are wanting a steel framed machine that is not one of those box store plastic jobbers. This is so much better! HK

This works. You can buy this for as much as it costs to have someone do it once and it pays for itself.Just don't have it running when trying to pull it back out. Turn it off and pull it back out with the machine not running.

Used it 5 times for a total of 1-11/2 hours.just quit working dont waste time or money on this product.still working on my refund.good luck with that.

I like the way it cuts through the roots. Clean outside drains...

It beats the heck out of using a hand snake and saves our home the cost of a plumber. It's well made, easy to use and should serve us for years. It also comes with various tools for different clogs.

I have a campground and campers do dumb things, like grease down drains. I have used this several times. What I don't like is changing the cutters. The clamping end of cable is not machined properly for ease of making changes in cutters. It is a real pain in the A**.

This is the kind of tool that pays for its self after 2 or 3 uses. And I did not have to wait for a plumber to show up. It is powerful, so be careful when operating it.
