Bought hoping to never use. However used it yesterday for the first time. The main coming from the house was blocked. Run it down the clean out and it went right down to the blockage and chewed threw it. Worked great. Use it one more time it has paid for its self.
The electric snake we have was much too big and we needed a commercial product that would work just as well on smaller pipes. We purchased with attachments, and within the first hour, all our issues were resolved. It was easy to use and to clean up with is was finished. The snake is now in storage, where we hope it stays for a long time.
This auger did the trick. I used the cutting blades to get through some roots growing into the line and it worked well. You need to be careful and understand how it works as it can catch your gloves and tangle up around your hand quickly. I dont recommend using the gloves provided.
I bought this product last month. Not only did it arrive earlier than expected it performed amazingly. Couldn’t beat the price either. I can say I have no issues or complaints and am very satisfied. It came with all parts and instructions and was very clear on how to use it. I highly recommend this product for those who need one at home.
