Bought this for my dad, who installs air conditioning units in Puerto Rico. The walls from the houses are made with cement and this works for him, for doing his job with ease.
This tool really cuts concrete. 12 inch cut 1.5 inches deep in 1 min or less. It did arrive with the handle plastic partially broken. We epoxy glued the plastic by the handle to repair. After repairs, we use it frequently. And have zero problems.
