Good quality, heavy-duty construction throughout. Instructions are simple (maybe too simple for me - I didn't initially realize the verticle poles were in two parts, and thought they'd sent the wrong size).
Most of the poles assembled easily, with nicely-made spring-loaded catches. The last few required some gloves and a hammer to tap them into place, but it was all good.
I think the easiest way to get the cover on is to get inside the tent and lower it down around you. It was a tight fit on the corners and zippers. I was afraid it might tear, but it held up and now looks great!
