The only thing I dislike is the pvc pipes are time consuming to get off. They have to be unscrewed. Sometimes I need to take my tumbler off the turner to move the epoxy around and I can’t do that with this turner easily.
Great customer service. I needed a piece replaced as I stripped the hole and they sent me a whole new machine and didn’t require me to return the old one.
When my package arrived there was a broken support, (natural separation of wood piece) I contacted the seller and they were happy to send out a replacement. I definitely recommend this product, it’s easy to assemble and priced right!
