One of the nicer fabrics I've used, a plastic wrap type cover over a woven base. Easy to cut with scissors or utility knife. We'll see how it works with the weeds.
Well worth the money. Kept all the weeds at bay. Easy to use, fast shipping at a great price. Will be using in my vegetable garden this year too.
Keep a sharp razor while cutting.
