I have finally had the opportunity to test this welder. I decided that Mig was the easiest method for the job I was doing. After some initial trial I was able to get the welder dialed in for welding on the 1/4" plate, however I was using it on 115 volt outlet and it tripped the breaker. I took the time to set up a 230 volt outlet for use. I then had no trouble with welding. For the price this is a nice machine. I have used a major brand name welder that was strictly a Mig welder with output only about half of what the Vevor is rated for and considering the cost on that was over three times cost of this one, I am happy I purchased this unit.

fast shipping have to buy different drive for the wire i have but to be expected.have not welded with it yet.

This welder is great , it works well and was easy to set up. It is very powerful. My only complaint is Amazon service, they blew off my problem saying , "Well just send it back" I dont want to send it back. If I had it to do over, I would buy this welder again.

This is a awesome DIY welder I love it it works awesome and is easy to use if you buy one you won't regret it at all and for the price allso I just wish the shipping was a little faster LoL

The welder arrived damaged. One of the sides was bent in. I don;t know if there is any internal damage because I am afraid to plug it in.

User guide worthless and online references to vevor mig welder were not this model, had to guess at settings for the size of metal being welded.

I have only used the wire feed function but I did not have any problems. Welded a broken mower deck for my customer. Proceeds from this first job paid for this low cost welder. Looking forward to the next project. Comes with one roll of Flux core wire. Easy to adjust wire speed and amperage. Hoping to learn lift tig function soon.
