We had to hire a plumber to install this, but it was worth it. It churns our enough ice for us on a daily basis for our pool and entertaining needs. It’s in our garage and does produce a lot of heat. We have it drained to the outside of the house. Over time - provided it keeps working this well - it will pay for itself.

I would definitely recommend this product and company for future purchases.

Had this ice maker a months now and we love it!! We haven’t gave it a break and it’s worked great so far. Not hard to set up just Make sure you have access to water, electricity and a place for it to drain and you will be good. We also put a water filter on just to extend the life of the maker. Holds about 30lbs of ice. Hope this maker has a long life span!

It appears to be well made and runs efficiently and no noisier than our previous machine. For in-home use or a small commercial establishment I don't think you can go wrong with this unit.

This ice maker is fantastic. It spits out over 100 pounds of ice in 24 hours. This ice maker is perfect for filling coolers for outdoor outings etc. love it!

Because we use it in a restaurant we have to have somebody to come and install it for us !! But if use at home is very easy to install !!
