I purchased this because I was able to get an extended warranty, which was what I was looking for after reading reviews of some others. The only thing tricky is setting the time and temperature because it is done through a single button. I don't change it often but just keep the manual handy so I can remember when I have to. So far, it has worked perfectly and the temperature seems accurate. Love the built in timer.

Had an issue with the first press contacted seller the response time was awesome they handle my problem in a professional, quick manner my press is working great....would differently order again

I love love love this press! It’s the only press where I have been able to actually get the shirt on straight because I can remove the mat and set my shirt on the mat then transfer my mat onto the press.

I purchased this about 2 months ago and so far I LOVE it! It is easy to use and program. The pad moves around but not so much that it affects the use of it! You can always order a separate pad to use that doesnt move as easy. I just make tshirts and misc as a hobby, but at least use it once a week. I turn off and unplug each time I use it, just in case. So far so good and I am happy with the heat press!

I have made nine shirts on my new heatpress so far and I love it!!! It heats evenly and the pressure is perfect once we set it the way we wanted it. So much better than kneeling on my easy press on the floor!
