Used it to stuff 160lbs of sausage, worked like a charm. When it came time to clean up I could not get the plate to come off of the rod that drives it down so this made cleaning difficult. As far as stuffing, this machine worked perfectly and is an enormous time saver. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stuff large quantities of sausages

I bought to use for making my own beef sticks. It works great and does the work of my manual one in about 1/4of the time.
