I chose the Vevor 55L portable fridge/freezer when my home fridge's compressor gave up, and it singlehandedly managed to store every long-term item (sauces, seasonings, and so on) I needed it to. That's not to say that it's of infinite capacity, but 55L does make it one of the largest on the market which retains portability. The variable power supply options are extremely useful as the unit can be powered on 12V, 24V, or wall current alike- making it usable in the home, a car, a boat, or even a custom setup using a car battery and solar panel. The unit cleans out very easily without tipping (which isn't advised with compressor systems). The upper compartment won't freeze when used as a freezer, but the main section drops its temperature in a very satisfactory manner. So if you're looking for a full 55L of freezer this won't quite fit the bill, but for anyone else this is ideal as you can freeze a good 45L and have probably 10L of fridge space.

Just used it for the first trip and I'm quite satisfied. Forgot to plug it in one day and the temp went from. 1º to 24º after being unplugged for 8-9 hours. Food was still hard frozen! Impressive.

I live in florida,,, (love it) our new refer/Freezer is really rather amazing. We thought would take forever to cool cown,,, not so,,,10 minutes after turned on already down in 30's. We've had about a month and works great

bought this to use in my boat and my truck, worked great on my 3 day weekend camping trip, matched it with a 50 Amp solar panel worked flawless all weekend

A miniature refrigerator that is working just fine for me in the truck. It's a true fridge and NOT the type that uses a fan to cool. I'm able to adjust the temperature using an app on my phone connected via Bluetooth. I like it.

I am a truck driver, I love this freezer, gives me extra food storage and I don't have to worry about it spoiling. Compact size makes it a perfect addition.

Purchased this as an overland unit, after receiving, I plugged it in to test it,it holds on to the temp really well for the first 2 days so I lowered the temp and loaded it with some items in the freezer -8 and was keeping things well frozen. It was actually doing a good job that I have it hooked up for 3 weeks until we cleared out some items in the regular freezer.CONS - , I noticed that the internal temperature is easily affected by the ambient temperature. It will benefit a lot with an outer jacket for additional insulation. The latch does not look very sturdy and needs additional care in opening and closing. The display looks like an old LCD unit and has a backlight that is constantly on. I wish I can turn the backlight off coz it looks like it might kill itself prematurely like the LCD of yore'.Other than those complains , this looks like a stand up unit. a very good price point. I highly recommend it vs other units out there, now for longevity?!? that is a wait and see situation.

Great little fridge. Good size for drinks. However ran it with 8 prechilled water bottles overnight set at 10 degrees and only a couple were even partially frozen. Seems to get colder on the compressor side.

So far, I'm pretty darn impressed with this thing. I have been using it full time for a few months now, and it really is a nice handy unit. I strapped it to an old suitcase dolly. Wheels would be a nice addition, but if this thing lasts, I feel like it was a very good purchase. I'm selling my deep freezer, and just using this now. Only thing that might be a little weird for some, is the separation, and slightly lower temp on the right side. Stuff still freezes, but not the same as the biggest compartment. I have it on the lowest setting, because I really would prefer the entire thing be the deep freeze. So if you are wanting it for a refrigerator on one side and freezer on the other, I'm not sure how well you will be able to control that. However, there is definitely a difference, and I imagine playing with the temp setting you will find the balance you desire. I just can't speak to it, I just think it will be tricky given there is only a divide between them, and one temp setting. Like I said, it does meet my needs. I just hope it is built to last awhile.
