Quality handrail, that was easy to install. The instructions were a little sparse, but it is easy enough to figure out!!

Like the design the easy of installation. Right and easy fit on 3or 4 stair stringer. Not a lot to dislike if it fits and serves the purpose it was purchased for.

I installed this on a set of wooden stairs and it didn't have fasteners for that; apparently they anticipate only installing to concrete or brick applications.One thing that would have been super helpful is to include a paper pattern for the drill holes to ease installation. As it was I had to position the posts and make marks and hope I didn't shift around. Also in terms of installation - the "sleeve" or "cuff" which obscures the bolts mounting the post to the surface - plan to have some masking tape to hold it out of your way while you tighten the fasteners.Other than that - it looks fine - seems sturdy enough (assuming you won't be climbing on it) and my dad appreciated it being put in on his steps.

The anchor bolts provided are not strong enough to securely hold the rail in concrete. I could easily pull the rail loose from concrete steps. I replaced the small, cheaply made anchors with better made anchor bolts. Now, the rail is sturdy and will not pull loose from concrete steps.

Very easy to install, just needed to purchase a 3/8 Masonary drill bit. Very sturdy and great looking rail.

Fit perfect for 3 step for my elderly Mother.

Lots of other reviews rated this well. I easily gave it 5 stars, but will tell you one thing you should do. The M6 socket heads that come with the kit are not stainless steel. After several months, I noticed that there were some minor rust rings around them. Nothing to affect performance but not black. Took them out and held a magnet against them....definitely not stainless. Off to the local hardware store and got 8 blackened stainless screws. Problem solved.The rest of the kit is excellent, and much sturdier than I expected.

My elderly mother moved in with us recently and we need to install a handrail. This was easy to install, affordable, and it looks really nice. I am thankful it was available.

Sturdy rail with exceptional mounting flanges. The mounting bolts work great in concrete but not so good if going into a void or air pocket

It would be nice if they provide a plastic template for drilling the holes in the concrete. It was challenging to get those drilled at the exact correct location. Also, the expansion bolts tended to be soft and get damaged before getting all the way in the hole. However, eventually got them secured and they work and look great.
