Product was damaged in shipping. Company responded quickly and sent me the replacement parts upon my request as did not want to return the item so I could use it right away for a septic back up problem...worked well just as expected!
Every few months our kitchen drain gets clogged and needs to be cleaned out. It often gets stuck far down the pipes near the street. This was long enough to go all the way through and did an excellent job.
Motor was not tight upon arrival. And no way to tighten. Still worked fine. I got the 1/2 inch 100 foot. It says not for roots, but it did fine. Would recommend getting better/thicker leather gloves
This is a great auger, a little hard to use, but it might be because the thick cable. It does come with gloves to hold the cable with. If you are in need of a auger, this is a great one to buy.
