The tiles snap together but need a little bit of force to mate together. A gentle hammer tap or a rubber mallet would make your job easier. You can cut the tiles with scissors with a little bit of effort. For a cleaner and easier cut use a dremel or hacksaw. I used the tiles to level out the floor of my tool shed which worked out nicely for that purpose. Quality seems good for light use, but unknown if it would hold up for a high foot traffic area.

I got these tiles to put in the floor of the catio for my cats. It has pallets, then utility plywood, then clear plastic to protect the plywood then the tiles on top. Easy care floor for the catio. Anything for my cats!!

I use them to tile my garage floor. They look great versus a bare concrete floor.

Installed this next to a wooden slag tile setup for my plants on my balcony! They seem to rise in the interlocks but once stepped on they go back into place. Hope that issue goes away with time. Very satisfied overall!

These tiles are working great for my deck! They are easy to snap together and are very sturdy! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I used these as a walkway in our garage. We have an epoxy floor and it can get slippery in the winter so we used these to create a safe walking path. While their surprisingly comfortable to walk on and seem to be very durable, it took some time to figure out how to make sure they snap together correctly. I'm pretty handy around the house fixing things, so it was surprising that these took so much effort to get right.
