You can work on quite a bit with this little thing. I love that it is defining my back. I just go out and do a few pullups and pushups during covid and between classes and my girl definitely sees a difference

This is awesome some people said it took so long to put together in the reviews but I put it together in like 30 minutes took it apart bc I changed my mind on where I wanted it then reassembled it again quickly and it is very sturdy holds my 180 pound

I bought this for my home gym and it meets my expectations. It arrived with all parts in perfect condition, it’s very easy to assemble with the decent manual. I'm very satisfied with this power tower because it doesn’t take up much place, the quality is nice and it is very sturdy. It also gets a reasonable price, highly recommend!

Was working out regularly with this until my wife decided it looks better holding her designer purses. Works well for that too though.
