This matched perfectly with a new external 8 pin wiring harness I found for the motor. Not sure if this would all work together but it does. Very simple to install. Cable was a little long for my 16 foot boat but I just coiled it out of sight. I will be running it on the river this weekend. I like the adjustable tension control for the throttle/shifter. Very please so far.

Perfect fit. Smooth shifting.

This works really well. The install was easy amd fast. The only down side it the cable install was difficult becuase of the set up inside made the space tight for my cables.
