Worked out great, the bolt holes where a touch to close make it a challenge to get all four bolts in nad tight but with some creative turning they went in/

We measured fit for chair using your template. New swivel base arrived quickly and fit perfectly! Easiest installation ever. So happy! Great quality.

I like my old chair but the mechanism below the seat had finally broken. I spent a lot of time researching new chairs (expensive) and looked for a long time to just replace everything below the seat. I eventually bought this product and installed it to the bottom of my chair. It is important to measure the hole spacing and order the right replacement part which I did. This product fit perfectly and I am using it right now as I type this review. Much less expensive than buying a new chair and I am back in business with a fully functioning chair.

Easy to assemble. Does not come with instructions refer to your old chair assembly instructions. Does not come with the screws you need to attach the base to the seat. Save the old ones and reuse. The price for this kit was great considering there was nothing wrong with the rest of my seat and a whole new chair would cost much more.
