Item was shipped fairly fast. It did look like it had been used before other than that it got the job done. I was able to fill 10-8 oz bottles in a matter of minutes.

This machine is such a huge Blessing. Before I had to fill the 4ozs bottles by hand. spilling things all over myself and he work table. Now there is No spills, No waste and I can fill twenty five bottles in a mater of minutes. That's So Great. I followed the instructions and started using it. Thank You so Much. Mrs. V

So, we loved this product. We used it for less than 2 years, but it started draining A TON like a quarter of our creams or masks would leak out of the bottom. BUT, when reaching out, Chris happily refunded us 50% of what we paid for it which is totally fair. He was very helpful

I use this item for lotions for my bath / soap shop I have. It dispenses thick and thin creams beautifully. Please note, it will arrive with the need to be deep cleaned from manufacturing - it will place a dark grease like product in your product if not cleaned properly. I spent a lot of elbow grease taking off all reside. Mineral spirits was key to going deep because as soon as I thought i had it it was still showing up in my product. It is easy to assemble and disassemble and you need to disassemble and do the thorough cleaning. I've now used it on numerous occasions and no more reside. It is amazing and has made my life so much easier. I run out of my lotion so quickly that this is a life saver!

Had a HUGE workout today on over 1000 quarts of apple butter. Worked like a dream!!!

I love it! Works great with thicker Body Butters as long as they are still warm when bottling.

Makes production a breeze, although the instructions are a bit hard to comprehend as they are poorly translated. Overall great value though

We fill a lot of lotion and sanitizers bottles and body butter jars with this machine. It has saved us so much time. I didn't know how well it would work with butters since they are thick but the machine does great. If you are thinking about buying one and fill enough bottles to justify it, we fill several 1000 a year, then this is a great buy. You will wonder how you got buy with out it.
