This item came well packaged. We lifted a 400 lbs . The magnet picked it up with no problem .

Have had it a couple weeks. Used it probably 6 times so far. Works great. Perfect for my application.

I wanted to extract steel - mostly nails and screws from a burn pile. A conventional screw pickup sweep was not practical so I tried this. The magnet is heavy but reasonably well sealed and dragging it through the debris with my backhoe bucked worked OK but in the end I think by hand with a rope would have been just as easy as long as you have a place to hang the magnet while you release it. It takes two hands to release the magnet. Most of the nails dropped right off and the stragglers pulled off easily. I pulled out 30-40 lbs of nails in 15 minutes filling a 5 gallon bucket. A few more sessions to go though.

We have been very satisfied! It works great just as described! We use it to load and unload plasma CNC table. It easily handles 4x8 foot ¼ thick steel plates for that weight 300 too 400 lbs.

I got it for my dad since he likes to build inventions in the garage and play with magnets. He loves it, however a fair warning ⚠️ this is not a toy and you could seriously hurt yourself with it if you handle it improperly. I belive this tool has a lot of uses and I would highly recommend it.

The product does exactly what it was purchased for. The Vendor "Vevor" was HORRIBLE to deal with. The product was damaged upon receiving it. The vendor is unresponsive to emails and doesn't answer the phone. You'll give up in frustration before they exchange or refund a defective product.

Work well

We use this coupled with an overhead hoist to lift 4x8 sheets of steel onto our plasma table.The item is a bit heavy and the lever requires two hands to engage the magnet. Maybe it's just stiff because it's new.Easily lifts 500 lb sheets with no slippage. I prefer the magnet over an edge type clamp because I can grab the center of the panel, lift it up a couple of feet then pivot the sheet to the horizontal position to lay on the table.A very versitle tool at a reasonable price.
