Did not use it as it would not fit. I gave them five stars because Bestauto's customer service was great in refunding my money and looking for a cylinder that would fit. I feel confident that they would stand behind their product.

Bought this for my Dad who custom-built a car lift. Was just as described and was able to lift a car to work underneath just fine. He was able to attach his own hydrolic pump.

Excellent hydraulic ram best price anywhere

Cylinders work well after fixing the ports, as others have commented. I removed approx .300 from each port (2nd pic) to match my old cyls ports (3rd pic).Seller answered my emails quickly and eventually we worked out a solution on the price.Overall, I am very happy with these cylinders and would buy again. They matched the old cylinders in retracted length but are 2" longer stroke, gained 12"-16" in overall lift height!
