Arrived on time. Packaging was decent, box got quite beat up. Easy to put the handle on. Definitely will need to mount it to a base/table.

Robust built tool, no instructions included but it was self explanatory to install the 16" handle and to thread in the piece that secures metal being cut (see photo #3). The base was easily attached to a $40 WEN grinder pedestal without needing to drill any holes. The mounting hardware is included with the shear, which was a plus. Mounting holes are placed at 7 1/2" by 2 1/2" or 19.0 x 6.0 cm for you metric folks. The shear will not cut a full 5" wide so plan on 4 1/2" and I believe the thickness capacity could be greater with a longer handle. The blades are sharp and it walked right through a stainless steel silverware spoon handle. I just need to mount the pedestal to my shop floor. Well made and a nice price!***Update... the lower shear blade dented while cutting some 5/16" mild steel rod. I contacted the seller, requesting they ship me a replacement blade and they simply shipped me a 2nd new shear tool. There was no damage to the top shear blade so the bottom blade must not have been properly hardened at the factory. I was not asked to return the 1st shear. Great service to stand behind their product! WOW 6 star rating.

GREAT tool for the money, HEAVY HEAVY DUTY, cuts sheet metal like butter, only problem I found with it is the hold down is about 1/2 in too short, easy fix and saw some stuff on line about the round bar cutter being too soft but I won't be using that anyway so not a problem for me' overall...very happy!

The shear work's easy with thin material best, but I did cut a piece of 1/4 aluminium about two inches wide with a lot of force on the short handle,I cut a bunch of 1/8 by one inch wide steel and some 2 inch wide 1/16 stainless, and even cut some 1/8 inch by one titanium

This item was assembled wrong took it apart re assembled works very good.

I'm a blacksmith need to process a large amount of 8 in wide 1/16th thick "hardened bansaw blades" into inventory. So far I have made 250+ cuts it's holding on for now. Will have to sharpen blades tonight,. It was sloppy when I unboxed it, caused some edge damage. But now it's good. Tune it up

I found it easy to use with a UV salon style Nail Lamp.

Cuts 16 gauge sheet. Cut edges are clean and clear. No filing required

Easy to use - no instructions included, but prerty easy to figure out. Big time saver!
