Had fun building this cart now a neutral reverse fun!!

Actually pretty easygoing yo install works as they said it would I’m very satisfied. Will be purchasing a few more real soon. Shipping was fast and wrapped very well.

Package was oil soaked on arrival, miss a sprocket on this kit. #40 sprocket.

In my application I would have had to do extensive modifications to my kids go kart. I put an 8hp Briggs with a CVT clutch so there was not enough room for the transmission. I could have made it work but I decided against it. This transmission however is made very nicely. Quality made piece.

Kit came complete and wasnt too hard to install. Had to fabricate a new engine mount to raise the engine enough to add the gear box. The forward gear output changes the final gear ratio by 30%, so you might have to regear. I am running the 10 tooth sprocket that came with gearbox with my factory 60 tooth axle sprocket. With this setup my daughters go kart is really slow but it crawls really well. I will probably have to change out to a 48 tooth sprocket to get close to stock ratio.

Built well, works well. You will need to sand the input shaft (long one) a little. Its a tiny bit large for a series 20 driven pulley. Many people have said this. It shifts very smooth !

I had some minor issues assembling those cables but this thing works perfectly. 100% awesome. Only recommendation is to watch some videos. It's not hard to install tho.

My brother bought this to build himself a kart, he's had a blast putting it all together.

Really small and will fit in alot of places, just don't leave it sitting on a table upside down like I did, it'll leak fluid everywhere because there's a vent hose on top. My mistake not the manufacturers.
