Don't get me wrong this pottery wheel is really great for that low of a price. It's not nearly as nice as some of the industry standard brands but this wheel is reliable and does what it's supposed to do. The speed is reliable and it's a great wheel for a beginner or a hobbies. I will say it in a bit small that I expected but nothing that bothers me too much. It spins smooth and works really well I recently started getting back into pottery and don't have a huge studio space but I'm glad I started with this wheel. It's affordable (for me) and the compact size makes it easy to store away when not in use. My only issue was that when I got it the rubber feet on the bottoms of the legs were missing. No big deal, I'm not pick, and it didn't effect the performance at all. Great value for this price! I recommend the wheel for sure!

I accidentally ordered the wrong item and was able to request a refund within an hour of making my order. The warehouse was so fast, that my order has already been fully processed, and so I had to refuse the shipment instead of the transaction being interrupted. It all worked out.

I looooove it, for the price it gets the job done very happy with my purchase. My only thing is that I which the wheel was detachable like most other pottery wheel models so you could swap out projects while the other is drying. My solution was a heat gun and just dry it as much as I could. But everything’s else about the wheel is amazing! I thought it was just one direction with two different speeds for a while but turns out it’s two different directions which was a fantastic surprise!! Highly recommend!!!

I'm still learning how to use this machine. I've been throwing pottery for16 years at the local (35 mi. away) high school, which has discontinued their adult program. With COVID I didn't get out much, so I'm relearning how to throw and learning which button to push to make the pedal control the wheel with my guidance.

I got this pottery wheel to play around with in the yard over the summer. Although I can’t tell you how long it will last, it is great quality, easy to use and plenty strong to do the things I want with it. A mini version of the wheels at the pottery but at 14” it doesn’t feel that much different. Not as strong, but I don’t need it to be. Very pleased!

Have had fun playing with my little 9.8" Vevor wheel. Very easy to use. Built a 6" platform for it so it's comfortable for me to use while seated. Can see how it could be put on small table for those who stand and throw. I'm working with a ceramic artist in my area who wants to start wheel classes at her studio. I recommended the 14" Vevor wheel as it will match the Brent model she currently has. She purchased 4 of them and I gave one a trial run. Very smooth and easy to operate (as was the 9.8"). They will work quite well for our classes. As a matter of reference, I saw the little wheel on one of Jon the Potter's youtube vlogs and had to try it myself. It will be a nice second wheel for me to use for smaller pieces in my shop. Thanks!

I absolutely love how this wheel works especially with the price. The foot petal is a little touchy so you do have to go slow with the pressure. Once you get use to the speed it is very easy to use.

Overall I like the wheel, although it's obviously not strong like a Shimpo wheel is. I can feel it slowing down when I center even 2-3 lbs sometimes and this never happens with the wheels at the studio I go to. The adjustable legs also don't make it tall enough for me to use comfortably - it still needed to be propped up on cinder blocks. BUT! It's excellent for the price point and I use it almost every day

I’ve used this wheel about thirty times, it works very well. . It is a great value for the money. I bought it to practice at home in the evenings. My art studio has a row of Brent’s, and they are real workhorses. But with a few tweaks this vevor produces some nice work. I’m glad I bought it. A few strips of weather stripping on the bottom keeps my foot pedal from sliding ( use a full foot on it, not just the toe ) mounting it on three cinder blocks made it the perfect height. I sprayed silicone on the splash guard connections, they come apart easy. And re-attach with a well placed palm slap. I’d recommend buying a heat gun to go along with this little gem.
