Very well built overhead mixer for lab use and it's affordable. I have owned several brands in the past and the Mophorn has been the first one that didn't burn out after prolonged daily for a month. The stand is very solid and easy to adjust. It doesn't get in the way of our mixing containers.We plan on replacing our other brands with this unit as they begin to fail.

This is an excellent overhead lab mixer/stirrer for your home lab that really packs a punch.I use it in my DIY skincare crafting and it's been a game changer. POWERFUL stirring rod that can at highest setting can blend through even the thickest emollient creams. Adjustable speed (strength) to fit viscosity of whatever your mixer, also with a TIMER that can be set up to an hour. Very user friendly, adjustable rod so you can raise or lower stirring rod to beaker size.Only negative is that there are zero instructions for assembly. Looking at the image it's easy to guess but I still had trouble... Connect two plain steel rods via screwing. Then connect to black base. Small hole black base goes first (down), large hole black base goes on top (up). Top holds stirring apparatus, bottom one holds tongs to hold stirring in place. Connect to power and go.
