I love this machine!! It has allowed my sales to increase along with my Italian Icy business. All the big (ADULTS) and small kids love it

Works great, I use this machine a lot between my large family as well as work parties.It's always a hit at friends kids birthday parties as well.

Apparently you spend$200 for this machine and it still comes to you used... the box was fine, there was Styrofoam filler and shaped around all of it, but it's still this banged up? I haven't used it yet, and I would send it back, but it was already late for my grandson's 1st birthday as it is! UGH!

The Cotton Candy Machine arrived quickly. It was packaged ok. However the protective foam did not work well. The product had pieces that were bent slightly (able to straighten) and the paint was scraped off of several areas of the machine. The machine works fine so far. One note though: The instructions are pretty much useless. Just look at the pictures to set it up or google for the use of machine. It is easy to assemble and after a couple of google searches we were able to start making candy. Make sure you clean the machine thoroughly before use.

Machine worked great. Had to YouTube what the temp control should be set at. Seems like you have to continually adjust it the longer it is being used. But all in all the cotton candy tastes great.

I loved it!

Machine is pretty easy to clean. It does say to pour water in it while it’s still on and it splatters and steams but cleans out the sugar pretty well, just make sure to be ready for it. Other than that, no problems and my kids love it!

Easy to put together, first use was kind of wild (instructions weren’t too clear) but all in all great machine. Kids love it

I love this machine . 9 outta 10.Cons:-no setup instructions came in package-there's no cones included nor cone holder holes anywhere on the cart (which is inconvenient)-no indicator light for when its heated and ready to go-its messy (most floss machines are but I feel this one wastes alot more sugar than others I've used)Pros:-super easy setup when using stock photos for reference on what goes where-heats up fast-makes cotton candy quickly-i like the little storage drawer great for storing the scoop and extra fuses it came with
