I really like it for grilling sandwiches! Easy to clean ! Like the two sided you can cook two at a time! Love it!!

The grill is great! Easy to use and hot fast. I use it for our small commercial kitchen and it works well. Usually other grill spends 5-7 minutes to grill our sandwich. This one takes only 2-3 minutes, that's great! Good customer service as well!

totally buy it, but you will have to upgrade your power

This was a great treat because I love cooking on griddles. I had 2 outdoor Blackstone griddles and wanted one to do more indoor. This unit was my second choice because of the power requirements. I needed 110 and the 1st one never indicated what it needed but I did figured out is was 220. All around it was a great buy!

This is heavy and it works and looks amazing...it has two fold down presses wich is very nice to have. No problems at all, I would definitely recommend this. Also we use it in our Cafe daily.

For the first one, I ordered the right side would trip the breaker. this was after I had a new breaker put in knowing that it would need this, The second one works well. it probably paid for itself in 3 weeks. customers love the sandwiches . customer service needed pictures before they could help so I sent them a pic, don't know how a pic would help with an electrical issue, but they told me to be patient with them and that they would help make it right, and they did I got the new one very quickly and if we keep selling the sandwiches like we are we will get another one.

Very good products for the price. Simply plug in and ready to go. Delivered just as described and in the time frame that was stated and expected.
