Works great when my employees use it correctly

I love my Commercial vegetable chopper stainless steel french fry cutter . It works great and it is very easy to clean up.I have not tried the 6-wdege apple corer yet

It was a Christmas gift for my son-in-law and he just loved it !!!!!

Makes prepping for dinner a whole lot easier.

I love French fries but hate paying for a bag of precut fries. After investing in this fancy contraption I can now enjoy all the fries I want. If you soak potatoes in room temperature water for 20-30 minutes before cutting them the blades stay very sharp. If you just ram a potato through without soaking it the blades will dull extremely fast.

Have only used it for potato wedges but really nice but to change the blades is a little hard because they are next where it slides up and down the poles

I decided to go commerical rated dicer/slicer as I was buying the plastic type at least twice a year. I chop up veggies pretty much daily and using a non commerical grade product was just not working for me any longer. It reminds me of the apple wedger we used at the school in food service. Can't wait to get started!
