Daughter with special need loves it.
This was made to last. My daughter enjoy turning the quarter and getting the gumball or capsule. It’s like a toy for her even though she doesn’t eat the gumball. There are some sharp edges that is an easy fix with a metal file or nail file. This was a great buy.

I made mine dispense dice
Assembly is easy. We also figured out how to make it work without a coin. I got it painted and vinyled and it's been a huge hit.

Nice machine, pain to switch out.
Love the look of this. It comes with the mechanism for small candies in place. If you want to dispense gumballs you'll have to take it apart which is a pain. Be careful on your chosen gumball design, if its a small one, you'll have to make adjustments so that you'll dispense a small amount.

Think I received a faulty coin mechanism
Over all it's really great. Stuck some M&Ms in it. Discovered you can change the quantity from 4 pieces to varying amounts. The coin mechanism will over clock and spin twice, sometimes three times before it locks. So one quarter may give .75 cents worth of candy. I did bend a leaf spring to apply more pressure to the quarter slot when it's empty. While messing with that, I noticed a smaller spring that goes to another lock mechanism wasn't in place and a little stretched. I'm going to look for a customer service number in the instructions to see about how to get another coin mechanism.***UPDATE*** Figured out how to take apart the mechanism. I cut the stretched part of the tiny spring for the coin detector, stretched it so it can have the proper tension to lock the mechanism if no coins are in it, got it installed back into place. Coin mechanism works just like new now. Was a really simple fix if you understand basic mechanics. Trust me, it's not rocket science.

Im not sure what I was expecting but its brings back memories.
The gum-ball is actually more then I imagined and looks like I will be using it in the near future. The assembly is pretty easy as well (if you know how small mechanics work) but when it arrived the box was slightly dented in luckily no damage.

Great nostalgic candy machine
This candy machine is perfect for our vintage style kitchen. We fill it with Holland Mints most of the time. I did have to look up a YouTube video to figure out how to make it turn without a quarter. Not too complicated once you know how. We have it set on the largest candy deposit and we usually get 5-6 mints per turn. Everything is metal, except for a few mechanisms on the inside,,, which are made of very thick, sturdy plastic. The clear globe is not glass, but a polycarbonate. I do not recommend putting firm gummy candies in this machine. (Sour Patch Candies, sour cherries, etc.) Sometimes a candy will get caught between the base and the dispensing hole as you turn the knob and get torn in half. The springs that keep the candy from falling out of the chute freely can get all gummed up and eventually the knob will get stuck and quit turning. However, this machine cleans up quite nicely with warm water. Just make sure all the parts are thoroughly dry when assembling back together. M&Ms, Skittles and Holland Mints have all worked well in this candy machine. All in all, very pleased with our purchase.

Tuve que modificarla para aceptar 5 pesos
Muy buena. Es como de metal colado... Buena calidad.

It's bigger and sturdier than I expected! Great Value.
I use it for a tattoo gumball machine and it's crazy how much it holds and how nice it actually looks.
