I’m using it for personal use at home and it works great! I bought 1 inch acorn capsules to use in it. It took a little time to figure out directions and how to get it to work properly but once I did it was easy. I did have to look up video explanations as the written directions were not clear.

Realized after a few uses that larger candies need to fill this candy machine. Like gum balls or mike and Ikes. Skittle and m/ms come out so quickly the profit is super small... Just something to consider!

Very easy to set up, my 16 yr old son wanted this so he could make money off his siblings when they wanted candy lol... he easily adjusted it to give the amount of candy he wanted- sturdy- attractive- exactly what he wanted!! So glad since it was from Santa!!

It came with no instructions but you only need to actually take it apart to change the size of the little dispenser wheel (what size ball/ gum ball you’re dispensing.) it’s easy to disassemble and out back together. You can even google how to change the size of the dispenser wheel in this type of machine.

Had problems with the first one. The seller sent a new one. Works perfect. Great customer service

My husband took the gumball machine apart to fill it. It was very difficult to reassemble without instructions. This products comes without instructions. After about an hour, he figured it out. Now that it's back together it works well.The Seller was very kind to read my review and provide a video of the instructions. This is very helpful. Thank you!!

I bought this gumball machine as a fun way for the kids to save money for college. The key function worked great and The materials feel sturdy. The machine did not come with instructions. I had a difficult time switching the plate to allow for 1 inch gumballs and reassembling. The machine looks nice but did not function correctly. When full it only gives a gumball for every 4 or 5 quarters put in. Overall my kids are disappointed as it does not always give them gumballs.UPDATE: Seller was very kind and resolved all issues and I am satisfied.
