Good value, about what you would expect for the price
You won't find much cheaper, and honestly, it does the job well. It comes with no instructions so you just need to look at the picture of the item and do a little counting of hardware to see which bolts to use where. Its cheap and thin metal and the paint isn't the most durable, but the parts that matter, the red plastic pieces that hold the tapers of the tools are nice quality and do a great job of holding the tools and protecting the tapers. Overall I would buy it again if I needed more tool storage as it really is a nice little cart!

Poor quality
Great cart for the money! My 8 year old daughter put 99% of this together. Yes it’s a lot of pieces, but it’s pretty self explanatory, plus there are tons of mounting holes giving you the option to set it up to your liking. As long as this cart is available, I’ll never spend the extra money on the big name units.

Good quality, takes about an hour to assemble - no directions, lots of extra hardware.
A few scuffs on the paint, but decent thick metal and nice stainless hardware. No directions, I just looked at the photos on amazon. Hex bolts for the casters, everything else is the pan head screws. Pretty solid, better than I expected honestly. I could see buying another one. Might get some touch up paint for the scratches, otherwise looks good.

Good Cart Period - Not Only A Good Cart For The Money
This is a very good little tool cart in its own right...and considering you can buy 4 of these for the price of 1 Hout Toolscoot, it's also a bargain. The quality is fine, it's stable and rolls freely even with about 250lb of loaded toolholders on board. My only complaint in regard to quality is that I wish the caster wheels were of a harder rubber or plastic. My shop is kept very clean as far as machine shops go; but if there's a wayward metal chip on the floor, these wheels are likely to pick it up. Be prepared for about 2-3hrs of assembly time, as it comes unassembled with a literal softball sized pack of nuts and bolts. Assembly is self-explanatory for someone proficient, but the instructions may as well be non-existent. The hardware is very nice quality though, and there are a few spares of each size included. While you might be tempted to not install the 70 retaining bolts and speednuts on all 35 tool pockets, I highly recommend you spend the extra time and effort to do it. Especially on the tilted trays. Their combined fastening force adds a little more rigidity to the cart overall, and more importantly they keep your tools from tipping over.Summary: I will buy another one of these if I tool up further, and I would recommend them to any shop that doesn't HAVE to have the brand name, overpriced, marginally better, top-tier stuff.

For the money this is a great product.
For the money this is a great product. The casters even have both a rolling and swivel lock activated by a single lever. Quite nice.We did not like the way tools could protrude beyond the cart when using the angled shelves. It could be a hazard if cutting tools are setup in the holders. We fixed that by drilling new holes and repositioning the shelves. It would be a nice addition it they allowed for a few shelf positions.I would still recommend this product.
