We use this product in our food trailer and it is absolutely the best steam table we have ever purchased if anything happens as far as the water line falling underneath the temperature gauge it will automatically cut off before it burns out the element there is a reset button on the back side of the unit if you take out the cap and press the button boom it comes right back on this is a van-tastic product we will definitely be buying other products similar.

Worked exactly as needed. Needed for a large family gathering, 20 individuals, kept food warm as needed for several hours. Works with heated water via temperature control. Kept all our food moist and favorable. Containers were large with covers and offered buffet style arrangement. We always had complaints in previous gatherings, but this time no one complained. Cleaning takes time to do due to unit’s size, but manageable.

So far, this unit works as intended and heats up pretty quickly. The only issue was a small leak under the water hose, but I was able to tighten it with a wrench. Looks good, and I hope it lasts long. -Adrian Santos

Easy to set up and kept food warm

When I added the water to it, it leaked from three different places. Whom ever did the welding did a bad job. Horrible

The instructions to put it together were for the wrong product but there was only one thing to put together we figured it out other than that great product so far.

Was a little skeptical about buying this after some negative reviews, but tve one we got worked flawless for 28 hours straight without a hitch. The finish and metal was perfect, no flaws! Would buy again in a heartbeat!

I like this product. Not too big and not too small. Keeps food warm/hot or add ice and keep food cold.
