The initial product ordered arrived within 48 hours. We used it for few hours and found a slight leak from the bottom right corner. Vevor sent a replacement unit within 2 weeks.

It works well, heats evenly, and is well built I’m very happy with it. Only thing I don’t like is the gauge is only in Celsius

Make one with separate temp controls... Takes some creativity to not let some foods overheat while others stay hot.. Overall, I can do the dance. Great product!!

It was a chore to get all the peeling off of it, but once that was done, it works great. Keeps food hot all day

This was inexpensive and works great! Heats up quickly and can be adjusted to the temperature that you want. Easy to clean. The only issue was my fault. I should have bought one with the bays all in a row instead some behind others. It's no big deal but for where I have it, I should have bought the other. It really helped with our concession stand.

We use this for a temporary buffet line. Easy to move. Light Weight. Works Wonderfully. No Extra Power beyond standard 120v. Love it and best of all our guests love it because things are much hotter during the entire food service.

This warmer is a great addition to my food business. The 1/2 pans hold a large quantity of food, which works well for our commercial customers.
