Last step had one hole not drilled out for the bolt. Other than that it’s a great ladder. Used it to hang over my deck that is higher than my pool.

This ladder came assembled- ✅However the hardware was ridiculously flimsy to mount to a dockThe description was not accurate and the hardware was inadequate to mount to a dock and actually hold an adultI will have to configure a different way to mount this ladder to the dock to use safely

Very Sturdy. As a 60 year old woman, I can finally get out of the lake without help! Box was compromised, so parts were missing. My husband found replacements at local hardware store.

Perfect on our pond dock for kayak boarding!

Assembly was a pain but once all bolts and nuts are tightened it's very sturdy. As you can see by the photo I mounted it with the rotate mount so it can be removed for winter easier. I am happy with the ladder and it does its job well.

Good product, easy to install, but the stainless tabs that go into the deck hardware bends. You need to bend a curve in the tabs so the ladder is more secure when installed, or it can pop out of the deck hardware. I am 320 lbs and after the small modification, it worked great..

This ladder is very sturdy except for the hardware used to attach to the deck and the hook plates. The hooks that attach to the deck hardware after repeated use tend to bend flat causing the ladder to slip out of hooking hardware.We had to use heavier screws and we are looking for a solution to the weak hooks. The ladder itself is well made and sturdy it’s just the attaching hardware that’s weak.

Square tubing is a bit sharp. End of tubing just below bottom step is unprotected, sharp. Needs one more step to comfortably exit the water.

Got this ladder to be able to get out of water at boat dock. About 24” from water to deck, this ladder works great. Install was simple

Perfect to mount on front of pontoon boat.
