Need directions on install... Or tell me what the blue wire for on air compressor is it the ground... That's the only thing holding me up

I tried this horn before installing it thinking it wouldn’t be that loud. Well I was super impressed with how loud it was. Installed it. Pretty easy. But first day compressor is leaking out the the top so I’ll have to pull it back out to figure out where the bubbles from my soapy water are coming from. It’s on top of the compressor. Might just be some loose screws. I like it enough I might buy another one.
