very nice and easy to install, just be careful when you try to bend. I just wish I could buy other length so that I’m not overlapping each other. But over all I am satisfied with my purchase.

Great Landscape edging
I purchased the 6 in to keep the grass and lariepee from getting into my planters. The edge spikes make it easy to install with a board on top and a mallet I am planning on purchasing more

landscape edging
Placed in yard to create a border between gravel and grass. Pounded the edging 4 to 5 inches into the soil and placed flagstone in front of it. So far the edging has held in place. Previously, the freeze/thaw cycle would move the flagstone. Now the flagstone is staying in place.

Great looking and very sturdy edging
We installed this around our concrete walkway to hold in the black rubber mulch we installed. In heavy rains the mulch would sometimes get washed on the sidewalk, the edging worked great, we installed it about 5 inches in the ground all the way against the walkway with about 3 inches above the walkway. Worked like a charm no more washed out mulch in heavy downpours plus keeps grass from creeping under the sidewalk into the mulch areas as well. We installed about 80 feet of edging and plan to use this along the flower beds as well, black powder coat looks great.

would buy again
I bought 8 boxes of the 6 inch black edging for a new install. Wanted something that wouldn't rust over time and durable. The landscaping company who installed the edging were impressed with its quality. The only thing I would add is most soil would need to be trenched before install. That is what was required for our soil. Installers then protected the edging when tapping into the soil. They hammered the edging in by placing a small piece of wood on top of the edging and then hammering it into the ground. This wood protected the edging from dents. Another thing to consider is the saw tooth bottom. If you are in rocky soil, the more saw teeth might get in the way and may require better trenching. The installers also added some deeper stakes in addition to the stakes that come with the box. I would order this again. In this case I got what I paid for. Cost more than the typical cheap stuff you get a local stores, but the quality is definitely there.

Very nice for some applications
This gets 5 stars because it is what it claims to be and seems good quality but if I were grading based on suitability for landscaping overall I’d rate it much lower because it is so short that curves are very, very difficult to do in a way that looks nice and even straight lines require extra fussing. Take a look at the curves in the description for this product and you’ll see what I mean. What I do like: - the option for 8” vs 6” tall; - short pieces are very easy to handle; - to soon to really judge durability but the coating looks great and assuming they really are powder coating over galvanized steel they should hold up though whatever you do DON’T use metal hammer to whack them into the ground like the photo shows as it will bugger up the coatings! - in my case I have a border descending a rounded bit of hill and the short pieces make it easy to follow the rounded vertical contour of the hill. I saw a review claiming the metal so thin the edges cut their dog’s feet. From what I received that claim doesn’t seem plausible however if it is a concern you can buy (or make) plastic strips for the top or pay a lot more for edging that has a folded top. I bought a second pack to finish out a straight 32’ section that needs the 8” height but given the extra work needed for curves I’ll probably look elsewhere for my next project.

This product is awesome. Installation is easy if the ground is soft, if not soak or use a trenching shovel to break the roots/ground before installation. It bends well, the clips make a clean transition. Its held up well so far to the trimmer and accidental bumps of the mowing deck.

Cheaper than edge right
I haven't used edge right, or even seen it, but I can't imagine it be twice as good as vevor. installation is easiest the day after a rain, but if you can't do that, just use the hose to soak the ground for a minute, and it should go right in. Videos show placing a 2x4 or 4x4 on the edging and then hitting it with a mallet. We found it easier to just hit it with the 4x4. We installed 8 boxes and eventually broke through 2 4x4 pieces and had to get 2 more (they were about 18-20" long). Bending is easiest between points, and if you clamp a 2x4 scrap to each side where you want to bend, it becomes easier. Also, if you're installing in a place that has already had woodchips down, we used the teeth like a saw at first and ran it back and forth over where we wanted it. this uprooted some grass and also pulled up any woodchips that may have caused us grief.

I purchased this edging to set a hard edge between the lawn and planting bed. The edging installs easily and looks great. I will be buying more for another bed. Installation recommendation although these sections have pointed teeth I had to use a half round edging tool to cut the slot for the edging yes it took more effort but made Installation faster over all as driving through roots and hard soil is not easy. The one criticism is the edging has no means to interconnect the panels, the stakes are great for the seams but some more solid method to lock the sections together would be great. I am planning on using black stainless bolts to bond the sections together
