Easy set up. Simple. Perfect size. Makes ice super fast. Downfall like all ice makers, it's not a freezer so the ice does melt. But makes ice fast so not a problem. Another fault is it makes so mich ice, when it melts it melts out the door. They need to raise the door so when the ice melts it stays in the tub. We use it for our business and it's perfect.

This machine does what it is supposed to do. My kids eat so much ice that this helps us keep up with the refilling the fridge. The cubes are a good size. The manual was definitely a little hard to understand but I think I figured out all I needed to know about this machine in a week. You can adjust the ice size which helps break the pieces up better.

Order arrived on time. I was *SO* excited to receive this item. The install was very simple and all of the accessories were included. I only had to purchase a "T" for splicing into my water line, which worked great. Tapped a hole into the drain for waste water and I was making ice in less than an hour. The first ice came out of the machine in 11 minutes, and before too long the bin was full. Since the purchase, I have been giving ice to friends and family that stop by. The cubes are a great size. The included plastic scoops are very durable and do not crack or chip, even when left in the freezer. They do a fairly solid job of breaking up ice most of the time. The included waste water pump is quiet enough to use in any room, and I have had no trouble with the line backing up, the unit keeps the waste water cleaned up quite nicely.

Easy setup and recommend it indoors as advertised. Great for bagging ice for large parties and weekend ice chest filling. Bought 10 pd draw string bags and filling to store in freezer.

This machine is worth the money. it is quiet and works fully automatically

This is an amazing product, we recently purchased it for our new outdoor bar and kitchen, and we couldn't be happier. Made out of quality stainless steel, features a very easy, straight forward setup with good illustration schematics on the instructions. I love the very fast ice production and the blue LED light illuminating the ice box which blends in well with the LED accents in our bar and kitchen. If you are looking for a professional quality ice making machine for your home, look no further, you will not be disappointed and will enjoy on gatherings with friends and family for years to come.

I work construction and got sick of paying for ice for work and drinks at home. This unit seemed more expensive then others however this thing turns out a lot of ice quickly. The quality of ice is very good and the unit was wicked easy to install and use. I should have bought one years ago.
