I've only had the 8 in 1 for a few weeks and purchased it for personal use so I have only done used on a hand full of shirts but not a bunch, nor have I had opportunity to try the attachments for cups, plates, hat. I wish the instructions were more clear as to how to program temp and time when I first set up the press. I guess if I owned one before then I would already have known how, as the directions didn't make sense. After watching some videos then it made perfect sense, however I think a simple explanation in writing would have been such a simply task. The press seems sturdy and for my casual usages should hold up well. The packaging was much appropriate for safe shipping. Shipping was fairly prompt. It did take a few extra days for the warehouse to process the shipment but due to the timing of the order and the current shipping situation throughout the country it was very understandable. So far, zero regrets. Finger crossed.
