The ice machine pretty good. Customer service is good, quickly reply. I like. I will recommended. The machine make quick ice. Elegant design . Every thing come with it , ice filters, drain hose. Smaller than I realized from description. bottom only drain was problematic. works to spec. Wish I had realized how small a quantity per day the specified amount really is.

It came early. The machine itself works very good And its very easy to install. although it was a little small for my bussiness but the costumer service I received was amazing. They were very accesible and comprehesive and I could return it witout any issues. Now I can buy a bigger one, but I defenetely would buy this machine again for other uses
